At HillQueen Tea, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve got you covered.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns for unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 12 hours of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened tea packets or damaged products due to misuse.
- Gift cards, promotional items, or discounted products.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@hillqueentea.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our customer care team will guide you through the return process.
- Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
4. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging your teas, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Notify us immediately at support@hillqueentea.com with a clear photo of the product and packaging.
- We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations
If the order has already been confirmed or shipped, cancellations won’t be possible,
