Butterfly Blue Pea
The theatrical flower. It brews an impossible blue, and a squeeze of lemon turns the cup violet in front of your guests — the most photographed tea on our shelf, and naturally caffeine-free.

What does blue pea tea actually do?
Blue pea is traditionally taken for its antioxidant-rich petals and calm, clear-headed sipping — and honestly, half its magic is the ritual theatre: the blue pour, the lemon twist, the violet swirl. Caffeine-free, so it fits any hour.
How does it taste?
Mild and lightly earthy — closer to green tea than to a fruit tisane. Lemon brightens it; honey rounds it.
Why does it change colour?
The petals' natural pigments respond to acidity — add lemon and the blue turns violet. Real chemistry in a cup, no additives anywhere.
Is it safe daily?
Made for daily rituals — one to two cups is a normal rhythm. Pregnant or on medication? Check with your doctor first; every ingredient is on our pack.
How do I brew it right?
A teaspoon of petals per 200 ml hot water, five minutes. For iced: brew double-strength, pour over ice, lemon last — for the show.
