All teas sold on this website are for personal use and consumption unless otherwise stated (e.g., B2B inquiries).
We reserve the right to change product pricing, packaging, or availability at any time without prior notice.
All blends are curated in compliance with FSSAI guidelines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

2. Orders & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery timelines vary by location, typically ranging from 3–7 business days for most Indian pincodes.
We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, strikes, or events beyond our control.

3. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or defective products within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued for prepaid orders post quality check. COD orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

4. Payments

We accept secure payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, and Net Banking.
All transactions are processed in INR and are encrypted via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree).
