Rose
The classic. We carry rose two ways — whole buds for a fuller, rounder cup, and loose petals for a lighter, more fragrant one. Both are just the flower, dried with patience.

What does rose tea actually do?
Rose is traditionally taken for calm moods and skin-friendly rituals — a gentle, fragrant cup that ends the day softly. Buds steep fuller; petals steep lighter and more perfumed. Either way it is a beverage, not a medicine, and the daily habit is the point.
Buds or petals — which one?
Buds for a rounder, fuller cup and a second steep; petals for a lighter, more fragrant brew that also works in warm milk.
When should I drink it?
Evenings — alone, or blended with chamomile. Petal drinkers also stir it into milk the traditional way.
Is it safe daily?
Made for daily rituals — one to two cups is a normal rhythm. Pregnant or on medication? Check with your doctor first; every ingredient is on our pack.
How do I brew it right?
A teaspoon per 200 ml hot (not raging) water, about five minutes covered. Buds happily take a second steep.
