Know this tea

About this tea

Ashwagandha has a long place in Ayurvedic tradition. We use the root only, cut for brewing, with nothing else added, so you can enjoy its earthy character as a simple daily cup.

In the cup

Earthy and woody, full bodied with a mildly bitter herbal finish that pairs well with honey or a splash of milk.

When to enjoy

In the morning, in the evening or during quiet moments. Naturally caffeine free, so it suits late evenings too.

Good to know

Contains ashwagandha root. If you are pregnant, nursing or on medication, check with your doctor first. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and reseal the pouch after every use. Best before 18 months from packaging.
