How to Brew
whole flowers and leaves ask for a little patience — here is exactly how each shelf likes it.
200 mlfresh filtered water, brought to a boil
1 tspper cup — whole flowers, not dust
Cover itwhile it steeps, so the aroma stays in the cup
Black teas
Fresh boilSteep 3–4 min1 tsp / 200 ml
- Step 1 – Heat WaterBring 200ml of fresh filtered water to a gentle boil.
- Step 2 – SteepAdd 1 tsp Darjeeling Tea leaves. Steep for 3–4 mins (without milk) to release aroma & flavor
- Step 3 – Serve & SavorStrain, enjoy plain or with lemon/honey. For iced tea, chill after brewing and add ice.
Herbal teas
Fresh boilSteep 5–7 min1 tsp / 200 ml
- Step 1 – Boil WaterBring 200ml of fresh water to a boil.
- Step 2 – SteepAdd 1 tsp Gluco Ease Tea. Steep for 5–7 minutes for maximum infusion.
- Step 3 – Sip & SupportStrain and enjoy after meals to help regulate sugar and support digestion.
Flower teas
Fresh boilSteep 5 min1 tsp / 200 ml
- Step 1 – Heat WaterBring 200ml fresh water to a boil
- Step 2 – SteepAdd 1 tsp lavender buds. Steep for 5 minutes
- Step 3 – Sip & UnwindStrain and enjoy warm. Add honey or lemon for a soothing twist
Flower fusion teas
Fresh boilSteep 5–7 min1 tsp / 200 ml
- Step 1 – BoilBring 200ml fresh water to a boil.
- Step 2 – SteepAdd 1 tsp Sweet Dreams Tea. Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Step 3 – Relax & SipStrain, sip slowly, inhale the floral aroma, and unwind before bed.
