Chamomile
The evening flower. For centuries the small white bloom has ended days gently — we source whole flower heads, never dust, so the cup tastes of honeyed apple and the ritual stays calm.

What does chamomile tea actually do?
Chamomile is traditionally used to settle the evening — a warm, caffeine-free cup that supports relaxation and a calmer wind-down before sleep. It is a beverage, not a medicine: what changes things is the nightly ritual, and most drinkers judge it after two to three weeks of consistent cups.
How does it taste?
Soft, honeyed, faintly of apple. Whole flowers steep clean — no bitterness unless over-brewed past seven minutes.
When should I drink it?
30–45 minutes before bed. Pairs with a screen-free wind-down; many drinkers blend a second evening cup with lavender.
Is it safe daily?
Made for daily rituals — one to two cups is a normal rhythm. Pregnant or on medication? Check with your doctor first; every ingredient is on our pack.
How do I brew it right?
One teaspoon per 200 ml freshly boiled water, covered, about five minutes. Whole flowers take a second steep well.
