Lavandula angustifolia · sun-dried buds

The quiet flower. A few purple buds turn hot water into the calmest cup in the house — perfumed, unhurried, and naturally free of caffeine.

What does lavender tea actually do?

Lavender is the tea of tension — traditionally sipped to support relaxation, an easier wind-down and a calmer head after loud days. The aroma does half the work before the first sip. A beverage, not a medicine; the nightly ritual is what compounds.

How does it taste?

Floral and gently perfumed with a clean herbaceous finish. A light hand brews best — a level teaspoon is plenty.

When should I drink it?

Evenings, 30–45 minutes before bed — or any hour that needs a full stop. Drinkers often alternate it with chamomile.

Is it safe daily?

Made for daily rituals — one to two cups is a normal rhythm. Pregnant or on medication? Check with your doctor first; every ingredient is on our pack.

How do I brew it right?

One level teaspoon per 200 ml just-boiled water, covered, about five minutes. Over-steeping turns it soapy — set a timer.
