About this tea
Giloy, also called guduchi, is one of the most familiar herbs in Ayurvedic tradition. We cut the stem for brewing and add nothing else.
In the cup
Earthy and woody, with the mild bitterness giloy is known for and a clean herbal finish, lovely with a little honey.
When to enjoy
In the morning, before breakfast or as part of your daily routine. Naturally caffeine free, so it suits late evenings too.
Good to know
Contains giloy. If you are pregnant, nursing or on medication, check with your doctor first. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and reseal the pouch after every use. Best before 18 months from packaging.
