✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, wrong, or defective product
Your product is unopened and sealed, and you wish to exchange within 7 days of delivery

                        📦 Please Note: Due to hygiene and food safety concerns, we do not accept returns for opened or used tea packs.
                    

🔁 How to Request a Return

Email us at support@dev.hillqueentea.com
Include your order ID and photo/video evidence (if damaged/wrong item)
Our team will review and arrange a pickup or replacement within 3–5 working days

                        💡 Note: We may request the product to be returned before approving your refund or replacement.
                    

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only for prepaid orders (not COD)
Once your return is approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method

📌 Important: COD orders are eligible for store credit or replacements only

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used tea packs
Products returned after 7 days
Free samples, gift cards, or promotional bundles
