1. Shipping Locations
We ship to all serviceable pincodes within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.
3. Delivery Timelines

4. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12 PM IST are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
5. Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or unavailability, the package will be returned.
Re-shipping will be arranged after address verification.
6. Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

7. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499: Standard shipping charge of ₹49.
- COD fee (if applicable): ₹30 extra.
8. Additional Information
Bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated via email.
