Returns & Refunds Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. If something isn’t right, we’re here to assist.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, incorrect, or defective product.
  • Your product is unopened and sealed, and you request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Please Note:
Due to hygiene and food safety concerns, we do not accept returns for opened or used tea packs.

How to Request a Return

  • Email us at support@hillqueentea.com.
  • Include your order ID and photo/video evidence (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
  • Our team will review and arrange a pickup or replacement within 3–5 business days.
We may request the return of the product before approving a refund or replacement.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for prepaid orders (not COD).
  • Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
COD orders are eligible for store credit or replacements only.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used tea packs.
  • Products returned after 7 days.
  • Free samples, gift cards, or promotional bundles.
